If your website was built by Xanadu and is maintained by Xanadu, you dont have to worry as we take regular backups for you. If you ever need a copy simply e-mail support at support@xanaduconcepts.com.au and for a small fee we will send you a copy on a CD/DVD ROM.

If you don't have a Xanadu website then it is essential that you keep a local copy of your website to protect it from any possible losses. It is easy to backup your files, databases, e-mail forwarders, and e-mail filters in cPanel under 'Site Management' and 'Backup' or 'Backup Wizard'. You can also use a cron job to regularly back up your databases.
